Blood orange is quite similar to oranges from outside texture. It has a dark red color fruit and juice. It is a citrus fruit that ripens during warm days and cooler nights. Its red color is also due to the anthocyanin which develops in its ripening process. Such oranges are way more convenient to peel than other oranges. This fruit has a season from December to April. Such types of oranges are costly and difficult to find. It can be used as citrus salad, cocktails, and smoothies. These kinds of oranges can be stored for a week at room temperature. Its juice can be preserved in a container in the refrigerator for up to at least three days.

It is a tree that belongs to the family of mulberry. Breadfruit has a large amount of starch and it is mostly eaten raw. It can also be used as roasted, baked, and fried. They known as canoe plant. People considered to be one of the highest food plants. It can produce up to 50 to 150 fruits per year. This tree can reach up to 85ft in height.

Breadfruit contain carbohydrates, calcium, copper, dietary amin C, antioxidants, carotenoids, and many more nutrients.  Breadfruit are really good for arthritis, asthma, healing back pain, ear infections, fever, liver disease, and toothache.
